Peters originally purchased the property in 2017 for $6.45 million. The 11,600-square-foot mansion, built in 1998, features eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The resort-style grounds include a swimming pool, spa, putting green, and a unique office with a wet bar and aquarium.
