A police constable from Pune's Fursungi station and his aide have been booked for allegedly threatening a grocer and demanding Rs 5 lakh. The duo reportedly took Rs 1.65 lakh from the shopkeeper, threatening to frame him for selling gutka. CCTV footage of the incident, including the constable taking the cash, went viral on social media. Following the circulation of the video, the police registered a case. The constable's aide later returned the money to the grocer.
