The Supreme Court has declined to intervene in a Kerala High Court decision allowing execution proceedings to continue in the Kashi Math case. The case involves the recovery of gold, silver ornaments, and paraphernalia belonging to the Kashi Math Samsthan from Raghavendra Tirtha Swami. A bench dismissed a special leave petition filed by Raghavendra Tirtha, who had sought a declaration as the lawful Matadhipati.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केरल हाई कोर्ट के फैसले में दखल देने से इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने काशी मठ मामले में वसूली की कार्यवाही जारी रखने की इजाजत दी है। यह मामला काशी मठ संस्थान के सोना, चांदी के गहनों और सामान की वसूली से जुड़ा है, जो राघवेंद्र तीर्थ स्वामी के पास हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने राघवेंद्र तीर्थ की विशेष अनुमति याचिका खारिज कर दी है। उन्होंने खुद को वैध मठाधीश घोषित करने की मांग की थी।
