सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली में मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन संशोधन की प्रक्रिया को लेकर चुनाव आयोग से सवाल पूछे हैं। अदालत ने पूछा कि मौजूदा मतदाताओं के नाम, जिनके नाम ड्राफ्ट सूची से गायब हैं, उनसे फॉर्म 6 क्यों भरवाया जा रहा है, जो नए आवेदकों के लिए है। जस्टिस ने कहा कि फॉर्म 8 सुधार और पते बदलने के लिए है, और मौजूदा मतदाताओं को अपने विवरण की पुष्टि के लिए गणना प्रपत्र जमा करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए।
