Hundreds of young people participated in the Red Run 2026 marathon in Vijayawada, organised by the AP State AIDS Control Society (APSACS), to raise awareness about HIV and dispel misconceptions. Project director B Smaran Raj flagged off the event, emphasizing the need to end discrimination against people living with HIV and educate the public on transmission. The marathon aimed to reduce vulnerability among youth and promote informed choices through wider awareness campaigns.
