तिरुपति पुलिस ने तिरुमाला तिरुपति देवस्थानम (TTD) के एक कर्मचारी समेत तीन लोगों को ड्रग तस्करी के मामले में पकड़ा है। उनके पास से करीब 3 लाख रुपये कीमत की MDMA (एक सिंथेटिक उत्तेजक) बरामद हुई है। यह घटना दिखाती है कि कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को धार्मिक स्थलों के आसपास भी ड्रग peddling से निपटने में कितनी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
