The party also reported that two members were detained and beaten at a police station, with their phones confiscated.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) ने राजस्थान में अगले 10 दिनों के भीतर विरोध प्रदर्शन की घोषणा की है। पार्टी ने कार्यकर्ताओं की कथित हाउस अरेस्ट, अवैध हिरासत और हमलों का हवाला दिया है। CJP प्रवक्ता दीपक बलियान ने दावा किया कि उन्हें चार दिनों तक हाउस अरेस्ट रखा गया था और उनके घर के बाहर पुलिस तैनात थी। एक अन्य सदस्य ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें दिल्ली में एक विरोध प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने से रोकने के लिए हिरासत में लिया गया था। पार्टी ने यह भी बताया कि दो सदस्यों को पुलिस स्टेशन में हिरासत में लेकर पीटा गया और उनके फोन जब्त कर लिए गए।
