The primary health centre (PHC) in Nanduri, Nashik district, has achieved a significant milestone by becoming Maharashtra's first fully paperless facility. It has integrated the comprehensive e-Sushrut digital management portal, covering all six modules from patient registration to treatment. This advanced system digitizes every interaction, eliminating the need for physical case papers unless desired by the patient. Doctors can access records and issue prescriptions digitally, speeding up treatment times. Patients can also view their health records and diagnostic reports on their smartphones via their ABHA accounts.

नाशिक जिले के नंदुरी में प्राइमरी हेल्थ सेंटर (PHC) ने महाराष्ट्र की पहली पूरी तरह से पेपरलेस सुविधा बनकर एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हासिल की है। इसने पेशेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन से लेकर इलाज तक के सभी छह मॉड्यूल को कवर करते हुए व्यापक ई-सुश्रुत डिजिटल मैनेजमेंट पोर्टल को एकीकृत किया है। यह उन्नत प्रणाली हर बातचीत को डिजिटल बनाती है, जिससे मरीज़ के चाहने पर ही फिजिकल केस पेपर्स की ज़रूरत खत्म हो जाती है। डॉक्टर डिजिटल रूप से रिकॉर्ड एक्सेस कर सकते हैं और प्रिस्क्रिप्शन जारी कर सकते हैं, जिससे इलाज का समय तेज़ हो जाता है। मरीज़ अपने ABHA अकाउंट के ज़रिए अपने स्मार्टफोन पर अपने हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड और डायग्नोस्टिक रिपोर्ट भी देख सकते हैं।
