MakeMyTrip Reports $1.8 Million Profit in Q2 FY27, Revenue Sees 2.5% Growth

Online travel company MakeMyTrip has reported a consolidated net profit of $1.8 million for the September quarter of FY27, a significant turnaround from a $5.7 million loss in the same period last year. This profit was driven by increased operating profit and reduced finance costs. Revenue for the quarter grew by 2.5% year-on-year to $235.2 million, although constant currency revenue saw a stronger 11.2% increase. The company noted that a 10% rupee depreciation against the dollar impacted reported figures, while strong domestic travel demand helped offset subdued international outbound travel.
