The Indian Army has received the indigenous Nagastra-2 anti-tank loiter munition system from Solar Defence & Aerospace Ltd. This advanced weapon, tested successfully in August 2026, enhances the army's tank-destroying capabilities. The Nagastra-2 features day-and-night cameras, a 4 kg warhead capable of penetrating 650 mm of armour, and a 50 km range. It also includes electronic counter-countermeasures to resist jamming. Over 80% of its components are domestically sourced, supporting the 'Make in India' initiative.

भारतीय सेना को सोलर डिफेंस एंड एयरोस्पेस लिमिटेड से स्वदेशी नागअस्त्र-2 एंटी-टैंक लोईटर म्यूनिशन सिस्टम मिला है। यह एडवांस्ड हथियार, जिसका अगस्त 2026 में सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण किया गया था, सेना की टैंक-नष्ट करने की क्षमता को बढ़ाता है। नागअस्त्र-2 में दिन-रात के कैमरे, 4 किलोग्राम का वारहेड है जो 650 मिमी कवच को भेद सकता है, और 50 किमी की रेंज है। इसमें जैमिंग का विरोध करने के लिए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक काउंटर-काउंटरमेजर्स भी शामिल हैं। इसके 80% से अधिक कंपोनेंट्स घरेलू स्तर पर सोर्स किए गए हैं, जो 'मेक इन इंडिया' पहल का समर्थन करते हैं।
