Bengaluru Firm Partners Israel's P-Cure for Proton Therapy

Bengaluru-based ARISTION Proton Center and Israel's P-Cure have partnered to establish a network of compact proton therapy centres across India with an investment of ₹1,900 crore. Proton therapy is a non-invasive radiation treatment that uses protons to destroy cancer cells precisely at the tumor site, minimizing damage to healthy tissue. The first centre will be in Jakkur, Bengaluru, followed by others in Kochi and more cities.

बेंगलुरु की ARISTION Proton Center और इज़राइल की P-Cure ने मिलकर भारत में कॉम्पैक्ट प्रोटॉन थेरेपी सेंटर का नेटवर्क बनाने का फैसला किया है। इसमें ₹1,900 करोड़ का निवेश होगा। प्रोटॉन थेरेपी कैंसर के इलाज का एक तरीका है, जिसमें ट्यूमर को सटीक निशाना बनाकर कैंसर कोशिकाओं को खत्म किया जाता है और स्वस्थ ऊतकों को कम नुकसान होता है। पहला सेंटर बेंगलुरु के जक्कुर में खुलेगा, इसके बाद कोच्चि और अन्य शहरों में भी सेंटर खोले जाएंगे।
