A 40-year-old man in Bengaluru used superglue to attach a female employee's hands to a desk before stealing her gold mangalsutra worth Rs 4.5 lakh. The incident occurred at a shop on Indiranagar's high street over the weekend. Bystanders apprehended the suspect, identified as Prabhuraj alias Raj, after a chase. Police stated the woman was unharmed, and the accused claimed financial difficulties due to his wife's illness. The man was wearing a helmet and gloves to conceal his identity.

बेंगलुरु में 40 साल के एक आदमी ने एक महिला कर्मचारी के हाथों को डेस्क से सुपरग्लू से चिपका दिया और फिर उसकी 4.5 लाख रुपये की सोने की मंगलसूत्र लूट ली। यह घटना वीकेंड पर इंडिरानगर की हाई स्ट्रीट पर एक दुकान में हुई। लोगों ने पीछा करने के बाद संदिग्ध, जिसकी पहचान प्रभूराज उर्फ राज के तौर पर हुई, को पकड़ लिया। पुलिस ने बताया कि महिला को कोई चोट नहीं आई है, और आरोपी ने अपनी पत्नी की बीमारी के कारण वित्तीय कठिनाइयों का दावा किया। आदमी ने अपनी पहचान छिपाने के लिए हेलमेट और दस्ताने पहने हुए थे।
