Zetwerk IPO Fully Subscribed On Day 3, Retail Investors Show Muted Interest

B2B manufacturing firm Zetwerk's ₹5,012.3 crore IPO was fully subscribed on its final day, attracting bids for 19.83 crore shares against 18.51 crore offered. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) showed the most interest, oversubscribing their portion by 1.44 times. Non-institutional investors subscribed 73% of their quota, while the retail portion saw only 51% subscription. Employees oversubscribed their quota by 1.12 times. The IPO aims to raise funds through a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
