DND-Sohna Expressway Nears Inauguration, Promises 2-Hour Travel Time Cut

The final stretch of the DND-Jaitpur-Faridabad-Palwal-Sohna expressway corridor is complete, with trials showing travel time from Sarai Kale Khan to Sohna and Palwal reduced to just 40-45 minutes from the usual three hours during peak traffic. Prime Minister Modi is expected to inaugurate the corridor soon this year. Once operational, the 59km highway will offer faster connectivity between Delhi and Haryana destinations like Faridabad, Sohna, and Palwal. This new route is anticipated to ease congestion on existing routes and significantly reduce travel time and fuel consumption for commuters.

डीएनडी-जैतपुर-फरीदाबाद-पलवल-सोहना एक्सप्रेसवे कॉरिडोर का आखिरी हिस्सा पूरा हो गया है। ट्रायल में पता चला है कि सराय काले खां से सोहना और पलवल तक का सफर पीक ट्रैफिक में 3 घंटे के बजाय सिर्फ 40-45 मिनट लगेगा। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी इसी साल जल्द ही इसका उद्घाटन कर सकते हैं। चालू होने के बाद, यह 59 किमी लंबा हाईवे दिल्ली और हरियाणा के फरीदाबाद, सोहना और पलवल जैसे जगहों के बीच तेज कनेक्टिविटी देगा। इस नए रास्ते से मौजूदा रास्तों पर भीड़ कम होने और यात्रियों का सफर और पेट्रोल का खर्च काफी कम होने की उम्मीद है।
