Surat Restaurant Shut After Child Dies From Food

A Surat restaurant has been shut down following the death of a child and hospitalization of three others due to suspected food poisoning. Health officials discovered spoiled food items, including chana dal, vegetables, and paneer, during an inspection, which were subsequently destroyed. The affected family reportedly ate food from the establishment on August 15. The owner faces further action under the Food Safety Act.
