Abhijit Dipke Granted Bail With Conditions, Must Sign Peace Bond

Abhijit Dipke, founder of CJP, has been granted conditional bail by a Delhi court. He will be released upon furnishing a personal bond of ₹50,000 and signing a 'peace bond'. Dipke was taken into preventive custody under sections of the BNSS for allegedly disturbing the peace. This action preceded a proposed 'Lehra Do Tiranga' march in Connaught Place. CJP representatives had alleged he was moved to an undisclosed location without legal access.

CJP के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके को दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने सशर्त ज़मानत दे दी है। ₹50,000 का व्यक्तिगत बॉन्ड भरने और 'शांति बॉन्ड' पर हस्ताक्षर करने के बाद उन्हें रिहा किया जाएगा। दिपके को कथित तौर पर शांति भंग करने के आरोप में BNSS की धाराओं के तहत निवारक हिरासत में लिया गया था। यह कार्रवाई कनॉट प्लेस में 'लहरा दो तिरंगा' मार्च के प्रस्ताव से पहले हुई थी। CJP के प्रतिनिधियों ने आरोप लगाया था कि उन्हें बिना कानूनी पहुंच के एक अज्ञात स्थान पर ले जाया गया था।
