TGT Recruitment Aspirants Protest New Rules, Demand Opportunity Under Old Regulations

Times of India · education

Candidates seeking TGT-PGT recruitment opportunities under old rules staged a sit-in protest at the Directorate of Education in Prayagraj. They are demanding the chance to participate in the recruitment process based on previous regulations, alleging authorities have not provided satisfactory responses to their concerns. The protesters warned of intensifying their agitation if their demands are not met. The issuance of a notification for recruitment under new regulations has heightened their concerns about losing opportunities based on the previous rules.
