The commission has directed officials to intensify ground-level actions to prevent burning and ensure timely delivery of machinery and facilities to farmers. CAQM emphasized maximizing the use of stubble in thermal power plants, brick kilns, and industrial units, assigning nodal officers for monitoring. Officials are also instructed to conduct regular village visits and ensure machinery reaches farmers as needed.

CAQM ने एक उच्च-स्तरीय बैठक के बाद पंजाब में पराली जलाने की घटनाओं पर सख्त रुख अपनाया है। आयोग ने अधिकारियों को जलाने से रोकने के लिए जमीनी स्तर पर कार्रवाई तेज करने और किसानों को समय पर मशीनरी और सुविधाएं पहुंचाने का निर्देश दिया है। CAQM ने थर्मल पावर प्लांट, ईंट भट्टों और औद्योगिक इकाइयों में पराली के उपयोग को अधिकतम करने पर जोर दिया, और निगरानी के लिए नोडल अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया। अधिकारियों को नियमित रूप से गांवों का दौरा करने और जरूरत के अनुसार किसानों तक मशीनरी पहुंचाने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है।
