कोफोर्ज के गैर-कार्यकारी स्वतंत्र निदेशक और एनआरसी (NRC) अध्यक्ष डी.के. सिंह ने "स्वतंत्र और कार्यकारी निदेशकों के बीच मतभेद और तनाव" का हवाला देते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया है। आईटी सेवा कंपनी ने उनके दावों को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि उनका इस्तीफा एक ऑडिट के बाद हुआ जिसमें शासन संबंधी खामियां पाई गई थीं। यह ऐसे समय में हुआ है जब पूर्व चेयरमैन ओ.पी. भट्ट भी इसी तरह के ऑडिट निष्कर्षों के बाद पद छोड़ चुके हैं। सिंह के इस्तीफे से कंपनी के बोर्ड की गतिशीलता और स्वतंत्र निरीक्षण पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।
