A UK farmer has significantly expanded her sheep flock from 20 to over 200 animals by utilizing land beneath solar panels for grazing. Hannah Thorogood, who started with 18 acres, now manages 250 acres, attributing her growth to free grazing opportunities on solar sites. This innovative approach allows sheep to manage grass growth, reducing conventional maintenance costs for solar farms and providing farmers with access to much-needed land.

एक यूके की किसान ने सौर पैनलों के नीचे की ज़मीन पर भेड़ें चराकर अपने झुंड को 20 से 200 से ज़्यादा कर लिया है। हैना थोरोगुड, जिन्होंने 18 एकड़ से शुरुआत की थी, अब 250 एकड़ संभाल रही हैं। उनका कहना है कि सौर स्थलों पर मुफ्त चराई से उन्हें बहुत मदद मिली। यह तरीका सौर फार्मों के रखरखाव का खर्च कम करता है और किसानों को ज़मीन भी मिल जाती है।
