She questioned the choice of Jantar Mantar for demonstrations when other designated sites are available. Gupta stated that the protesters are causing unnecessary disruption to Delhi's residents, leading to losses for traders, commuting difficulties for the public, and preventing students from reaching their educational institutions.

दिल्ली की सीएम रेखा गुप्ता ने जंतर मंतर पर प्रदर्शनकारियों की कड़ी आलोचना की है और उन पर जानबूझकर सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि जब प्रदर्शन के लिए अन्य निर्धारित स्थल उपलब्ध हैं तो जंतर मंतर को क्यों चुना गया। गुप्ता ने कहा कि प्रदर्शनकारी दिल्ली के निवासियों के लिए अनावश्यक बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहे हैं, जिससे व्यापारियों को नुकसान हो रहा है, आम जनता को आने-जाने में कठिनाई हो रही है और छात्र अपने शैक्षणिक संस्थानों तक नहीं पहुंच पा रहे हैं।
