A second British billionaire, Christopher Harborne, has donated nearly $49 million to the far-right Reform UK party, matching a pledge made by another businessman the previous day. Harborne, a cryptocurrency investor, stated the donation was a philanthropic gift to the country. These contributions bring the total pledged to Reform since Friday to $97 million. The donations come amid a police investigation into whether Reform accepted illegal foreign funding.
