Archana Jaisal, inspired by her father's journey from rickshaw puller to railway employee through education, has launched Shiksha Saathi to provide affordable coaching to rural children in Uttar Pradesh. The initiative operates over 78 learning centers across six districts, serving more than 7,650 students. Monthly fees start at Rs 100, with provisions for children unable to afford the cost. Shiksha Saathi also trains local women as teachers, offering them financial independence. Launched in 2022 and registered in 2023, the program aims to bridge educational gaps for underprivileged students.

अपने पिता के रिक्शा चालक से शिक्षा के माध्यम से रेलवे कर्मचारी बनने की यात्रा से प्रेरित होकर, अर्चना जैसल ने उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रामीण बच्चों को सस्ती कोचिंग प्रदान करने के लिए 'शिक्षा साथी' की शुरुआत की है। यह पहल छह जिलों में 78 से अधिक लर्निंग सेंटर चलाती है, जिसमें 7,650 से अधिक छात्र पढ़ते हैं। मासिक शुल्क ₹100 से शुरू होता है, और उन बच्चों के लिए भी प्रावधान हैं जो भुगतान करने में असमर्थ हैं। 'शिक्षा साथी' स्थानीय महिलाओं को शिक्षक के रूप में प्रशिक्षित भी करती है, जिससे उन्हें वित्तीय स्वतंत्रता मिलती है। 2022 में लॉन्च किया गया और 2023 में पंजीकृत, इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य वंचित छात्रों के लिए शैक्षिक अंतर को पाटना है।
