Russia's top security agency, the FSB, announced the arrest of a Swedish national in the Pskov region. The agency claims the man illegally crossed the border and previously served in a military drone unit in Ukraine, fighting against Russia. While the man reportedly stated a desire to join the Russian military, the FSB alleges this was a cover for plans to sabotage Russian military facilities.
