An Israeli dentist, Dr. Shota Musaev, recounted providing emergency medical aid to flydubai Captain Smit Machchhar after the pilot was allegedly stabbed by his co-pilot during a mid-air incident. Musaev applied pressure to control Machchhar's severe bleeding from head, neck, and hand injuries. Passengers helped subdue the co-pilot, while off-duty pilots landed the plane safely in Saudi Arabia. Captain Machchhar is reportedly recovering in a UAE hospital after initial treatment.
