The Minister seeks damages for alleged defamatory statements made by the YouTuber on social media platforms like YouTube and X. The court granted permission for the suit, allowing it to be numbered. Prabhu claims the allegations of corruption and illegalities are false and have caused him loss of reputation and mental distress.
