Kerala CM Meets Nitin Gadkari To Expedite Road Projects

Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan met Union Minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi to accelerate national highway and other infrastructure projects in the state. Key decisions included expediting ongoing NH projects, resolving construction bottlenecks, and granting pending approvals for the Kozhikode-Palakkad project within three months. The Union Minister also assured prompt approval for the Thiruvananthapuram Outer Ring Road and discussed measures to ensure material availability for highway construction. The meeting also focused on fast-tracking the Sabarimala ropeway project.

केरल के मुख्यमंत्री वी. डी. सतीसन ने नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी से मुलाकात की ताकि राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग और अन्य बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं में तेजी लाई जा सके। मुख्य फैसलों में चल रही NH परियोजनाओं को तेज करना, निर्माण में आ रही बाधाओं को दूर करना और कोझिकोड-पालक्काड परियोजना के लिए तीन महीने के भीतर लंबित स्वीकृतियां देना शामिल था। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने तिरुवनंतपुरम आउटर रिंग रोड के लिए भी तुरंत मंजूरी का आश्वासन दिया और राजमार्ग निर्माण के लिए सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के उपायों पर चर्चा की। बैठक में सबरीमाला रोपवे परियोजना को भी तेजी से पूरा करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया।
