The Best Female Athlete of the Asian Games will now be awarded the 'Jaspal Rana Trophy', announced PT Usha at the book launch of 'MAVERICK JASPAL'. Jaspal Rana, Indian shooting's first superstar, passed away recently at 49. He was a decorated player with 8 Asiad medals, including 4 golds, and 15 Commonwealth Games medals. Rana also coached Manu Bhaker to two medals at the Paris Olympics 2024.
