Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has launched two new digital platforms, HM ACTS and HOMeS, to improve grievance redressal and crime monitoring. HM ACTS will streamline the registration, tracking, and disposal of complaints submitted to the Home Minister's office, providing SMS updates to applicants. HOMeS is a real-time administrative dashboard for senior officials, offering updated crime statistics at state, district, and station levels. These initiatives aim to address delays in complaint resolution and enhance the efficiency of police administration across Kerala.

केरल के गृह मंत्री रमेश चेन्निथला ने शिकायत निवारण और अपराध निगरानी को बेहतर बनाने के लिए दो नए डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म, HM ACTS और HOMeS लॉन्च किए हैं। HM ACTS गृह मंत्री के कार्यालय में दर्ज शिकायतों के पंजीकरण, ट्रैकिंग और निपटान को सुव्यवस्थित करेगा, जिससे आवेदकों को SMS अपडेट मिलेंगे। HOMeS वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के लिए एक रियल-टाइम एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव डैशबोर्ड है, जो राज्य, जिले और थाना स्तर पर अपराध के अपडेटेड आँकड़े प्रदान करेगा। इन पहलों का उद्देश्य शिकायतों के समाधान में देरी को दूर करना और पूरे केरल में पुलिस प्रशासन की दक्षता को बढ़ाना है।
