Bihar Govt Partners With 11 IT Firms For Teacher AI & Computer Skills Training

Bihar's education department has partnered with 11 IT firms, including Google Education, to train government schoolteachers in artificial intelligence and computer skills. This initiative aims to enhance teaching quality and prepare schools for technology-driven learning, with support from the Union government's skill development department. Computer education will become compulsory from Class VI starting next academic session, supported by IT infrastructure development and smart classrooms.

बिहार के शिक्षा विभाग ने सरकारी स्कूल के शिक्षकों को आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और कंप्यूटर स्किल्स सिखाने के लिए Google Education सहित 11 IT कंपनियों के साथ साझेदारी की है। इस पहल का मकसद पढ़ाने की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाना और स्कूलों को टेक्नोलॉजी-संचालित सीखने के लिए तैयार करना है, जिसमें केंद्र सरकार के कौशल विकास विभाग का भी सहयोग मिलेगा। अगले शैक्षणिक सत्र से कक्षा VI से कंप्यूटर शिक्षा अनिवार्य हो जाएगी, जिसे IT इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट और स्मार्ट क्लासरूम का सहारा मिलेगा।
