BRS Questions Congress Govt on Land Valuation and ₹10,000 Crore Fundraising

BRS spokesperson Manne Krishank has demanded transparency from the Congress government regarding the valuation of public assets. He questioned the use of 817 acres of government land as security to raise approximately ₹10,000 crore, seeking details on the valuation process, agency involved, and government approvals. Krishank also challenged the valuation of land in prime Hyderabad areas at ₹15 crore per acre, citing documents that suggest an aggregate market value of ₹12,818 crore.

BRS प्रवक्ता मन्ने कृष्णंक ने कांग्रेस सरकार से सार्वजनिक संपत्तियों के मूल्यांकन में पारदर्शिता की मांग की है। उन्होंने लगभग ₹10,000 करोड़ जुटाने के लिए 817 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन को सुरक्षा के तौर पर इस्तेमाल करने पर सवाल उठाया है, और मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया, इसमें शामिल एजेंसी और सरकारी मंजूरी का विवरण मांगा है। कृष्णंक ने हैदराबाद के प्राइम इलाकों में ₹15 करोड़ प्रति एकड़ की दर से जमीन के मूल्यांकन को भी चुनौती दी है, जिसमें दस्तावेजों के अनुसार कुल बाजार मूल्य ₹12,818 करोड़ बताया गया है।
