Khan, who manufactured firecrackers under the 'Munni Brand' without a license, was apprehended with a country-made pistol. The blast caused a two-story house to collapse and damaged nearby homes, injuring his wife, son, and daughter. Two police officials have been suspended for negligence in connection with the incident.
