Delhi Police Assures High Court of Measures to Control CJP Protest

The Delhi Police has informed the Delhi High Court that it will implement all necessary measures to manage the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) and its founder, Abhijeet Dipke, concerning a planned protest. Dipke had called for a 'Tiranga March' at Connaught Place on October 16, urging citizens to gather with the national flag. This demonstration follows the arrest and judicial custody of CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka for an alleged breach of restrictions at Jantar Mantar. The police's statement was officially recorded by the High Court.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट को सूचित किया है कि वे कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (सीजेपी) और उसके संस्थापक, अभिजीत दीपके, के संबंध में एक नियोजित विरोध प्रदर्शन के प्रबंधन के लिए सभी आवश्यक उपाय लागू करेंगे। दीपके ने 16 अक्टूबर को कनॉट प्लेस में 'तिरंगा मार्च' का आह्वान किया था, जिसमें नागरिकों से राष्ट्रीय ध्वज के साथ इकट्ठा होने का आग्रह किया गया था। यह प्रदर्शन जंतर मंतर में प्रतिबंधों के उल्लंघन के कथित आरोप में सीजेपी नेताओं सौरव दास और आशुतोष रंका की गिरफ्तारी और न्यायिक हिरासत के बाद हुआ है। पुलिस के बयान को हाई कोर्ट ने आधिकारिक तौर पर दर्ज किया।
