Seven Companies File Draft IPO Papers With Sebi

Seven companies have filed their Draft Red Herring Prospectuses with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise funds through initial public offerings. These firms operate in diverse sectors including biscuits, beer, HVAC components, agricultural machinery, engineering, edible oils, and telecom infrastructure. Anmol Industries aims to raise up to Rs 1,800 crore, while Koolking Industries plans to raise up to Rs 300 crore through a fresh issue. The filings indicate a growing momentum in the primary market as companies seek to tap public investment.

सात कंपनियों ने इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग के ज़रिए फंड जुटाने के लिए Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) के पास अपना ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (DRHP) जमा किया है। ये कंपनियाँ बिस्किट, बीयर, HVAC कंपोनेंट्स, कृषि मशीनरी, इंजीनियरिंग, एडिबल ऑयल और टेलीकॉम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर जैसे अलग-अलग सेक्टरों में काम करती हैं। Anmol Industries का लक्ष्य 1,800 करोड़ रुपये तक जुटाना है, जबकि Koolking Industries फ्रेश इश्यू के ज़रिए 300 करोड़ रुपये तक जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। ये फाइलिंग्स प्राइमरी मार्केट में बढ़ती रफ़्तार का संकेत देती हैं क्योंकि कंपनियाँ पब्लिक इन्वेस्टमेंट का फायदा उठाना चाहती हैं।
