Man Arrested For Lover's Murder In Assam Hotel

A woman was discovered dead with throat injuries in an Assam hotel on Sunday. Police arrested a man who had booked the room and was found with the body. The victim was identified as Malini Guria. The accused, Avijit Kindo, confessed to the crime, which preliminary inquiries suggest is linked to a love affair. The woman had reportedly come from Chennai for work.
