Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has announced a new release date for his upcoming action thriller 'Spirit', scheduled for Diwali 2027. This move comes after initial discussions suggested Ranbir Kapoor's 'Ramayana 2' might also release on the same festive weekend, potentially leading to a box office clash. However, a report reveals that Ranbir Kapoor, aware of a potential delay in 'Ramayana 2', informed Vanga privately. Vanga and producer Bhushan Kumar promptly secured the Diwali 2027 slot for 'Spirit', leveraging this friendly gesture.
