Sabarmati Express Extended to Katra, Easing Pilgrims' Journey

The Sabarmati BG–Jammu Tawi Express has been extended to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra railway station, eliminating the need for pilgrims from western Rajasthan to change trains at Jammu Tawi. Train numbers 19223 and 19224 will now operate directly to and from Katra, starting Sunday. This extension is expected to significantly benefit elderly devotees, families with children, and those carrying luggage. The service will also include stops at Samba, Bari Brahman, and Shaheed Captain Tushar Mahajan stations, enhancing connectivity to the Jammu region.

साबरमती एक्सप्रेस अब सीधे कटरा तक जाएगी यात्रियों को मिलेगी बड़ी राहत

साबरमती BG–जम्मू तवी एक्सप्रेस को श्री माता वैष्णो देवी कटरा रेलवे स्टेशन तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। इससे पश्चिमी राजस्थान के यात्रियों को जम्मू तवी में ट्रेन बदलने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। ट्रेन नंबर 19223 और 19224 अब रविवार से सीधे कटरा तक चलेंगी। इस विस्तार से बुजुर्ग यात्रियों, बच्चों वाले परिवारों और सामान ले जाने वालों को काफी फायदा होने की उम्मीद है। इस सेवा में सांबा, बारी ब्राह्मण और शहीद कैप्टन तुषार महाजन स्टेशनों पर भी स्टॉप शामिल होंगे, जिससे जम्मू क्षेत्र से कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ेगी।
