BCCI Criticised For Lack Of Transparency In Mohammed Shami's Omission

NDTV Sports · sports

BCCI is facing criticism for its lack of transparency regarding the omission of fast bowler Mohammed Shami from recent squads. Shami has been performing exceptionally well in domestic cricket, recently taking five wickets for Bengal in their Ranji Trophy opener against Delhi. Despite his consistent strong performances, the reasons behind his exclusion remain unclear, leading to public and media scrutiny of the selection process. This situation raises questions about communication and accountability within the BCCI's selection committee.
