The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in support of singer Daler Mehndi. The organization highlighted that Mehndi has been recovering from surgery and urged for sensitivity when addressing concerns about artists' well-being. FWICE emphasized the distress caused by the public humiliation of a senior artist and called for professional and compassionate handling of such situations.
