Indian shooter Ravinder Singh, the reigning 50m pistol world champion, is now setting his sights on the 10m air pistol event for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. He narrowly missed qualifying for the 10m team for the ISSF World Championships in Doha, finishing fifth in the selection trials. Despite this, Ravinder achieved a silver medal in the 50m pistol event at the same championships. He is confident his recent scores of 586 in trials indicate he is close to rejoining the 10m air pistol team.
