Philippine Ferry Fire Death Toll Reaches 76

The death toll from a fire on the MV June Aster ferry in the Philippines has climbed to 76, according to the Philippine Coast Guard. Remains of 41 victims were found aboard the vessel during search and rescue operations, adding to the previous count. The ferry was carrying 134 people, including 117 passengers and 17 crew members, when the incident occurred on September 9.
