Delhi Gets New Foot Overbridges for Pedestrian Safety

Central Minister Harsh Malhotra laid the foundation stone for a new foot overbridge in Delhi's Gandhi Nagar market, Asia's largest textile hub. This modern facility, equipped with lifts and ramps, aims to enhance safety for thousands of daily pedestrians. Similar bridges are also planned for Laxmi Nagar and Bhajanpura, with an estimated total cost of ₹12.90 crore. These projects prioritize pedestrian safety and aim to ensure smooth traffic flow on the Delhi-Saharanpur-Dehradun Expressway.

दिल्ली में पैदल चलने वालों की सुरक्षा के लिए नए फुट ओवरब्रिज

केंद्रीय मंत्री हर्ष मल्होत्रा ने दिल्ली के गांधी नगर मार्केट में नए फुट ओवरब्रिज का शिलान्यास किया। यह एशिया का सबसे बड़ा टेक्सटाइल हब है। इस आधुनिक पुल में लिफ्ट और रैंप होंगे, जिससे रोज़ाना हज़ारों पैदल चलने वालों की सुरक्षा बढ़ेगी। लक्ष्मी नगर और भजनपुरा में भी ऐसे ही पुल बनेंगे, जिनकी कुल लागत ₹12.90 करोड़ होगी। ये प्रोजेक्ट दिल्ली-सहारनपुर-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे पर पैदल चलने वालों की सुरक्षा और ट्रैफिक को सुगम बनाने के लिए हैं।
