A major bridge in Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, was targeted in a Russian air attack on Saturday, according to the city's mayor. The Northern Bridge across the Dnipro River sustained damage to its road surface and trolleybus wires. Traffic flow from the left to the right bank of the river has been blocked following the strike. This incident follows multiple Russian drone hits on the city's Southern Bridge in the preceding days, which caused significant traffic disruptions. Russia has frequently targeted Kyiv with drone attacks since its February 2022 invasion.
