While cobras are feared for their venom, several animals in the wild are capable of hunting and consuming them. The mongoose, known for its agility, is a famous adversary that uses speed to evade cobra strikes and counter-attack. Honey badgers, despite their smaller size, possess thick skin and immense strength to confront venomous snakes. Other predators include the secretary bird and snake eagle, which use their sharp eyesight and powerful talons to capture snakes on the ground.
