The image, shared after the victim and her family met Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, was visible for 15 minutes before being deleted. The post allegedly violated the POCSO Act by revealing the minor's identity. Police are also investigating others who circulated the photograph, citing a compromise of the victim's privacy and dignity.
