Tamil Nadu BJP State president Nainar Nagenthran has criticised the TVK-led government for its alleged lack of preparedness for the monsoon season. He pointed to significant rainwater stagnation in various parts of Chennai, including the international air terminus and GST Road, as evidence of the government's inaction. Nagenthran stated that despite weather advisories, precautionary measures were not adequately implemented. He urged Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay to focus on addressing public grievances and standing with the people during challenging times.
