A Delhi cab driver tragically died and a woman passenger was critically injured after an iron rod from an overloaded e-rickshaw impaled the cab's windshield on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Police are investigating the incident, suspecting overspeeding by the e-rickshaw driver who has been detained.
