The Bombay High Court has questioned US-based actor Imran Khan, an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), regarding his participation in a protest against voter roll revision. The court granted him interim relief against a 'Leave India' notice, provided he submits an undertaking and apology. Judges noted that OCI cardholders do not possess Indian citizenship rights, including the right to protest. Khan, who has lived in India for 42 years, claims he was merely curious about the protest and has no affiliation with the organizers.
