TV9 Hindi · entertainment

Kannada film Lambodara 2.0 is set to make history by featuring a real humanoid robot, named Jiya, in a lead role. Developed by Machani Robotics in Bengaluru, Jiya is not CGI or an actor playing a robot, but an actual robot. This marks the first time an authentic humanoid robot will be presented as a character in Indian cinema. Directed by Sunil Kumar, the film also stars Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor in his Kannada debut, alongside Anil Shetty and Sachi Bindr.
