Mysuru Gets New Fast Track Court To Speed Up Pocso Case Trials

Mysuru has inaugurated a new fast track special court (FTSC-II) dedicated to expediting trials and disposing of pending cases related to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act. Principal District and Sessions Judge Sri B Jayanth Kumar opened the court, which will handle cases from 19 police stations. A total of 267 cases have been transferred to this new court, aiming to make justice delivery more effective and timely for victims.

मैसूर में बच्चों के यौन अपराधों से संरक्षण (पोस्को) अधिनियम से संबंधित लंबित मामलों के त्वरित निपटान और मुकदमों में तेजी लाने के लिए एक नया फास्ट ट्रैक विशेष न्यायालय (FTSC-II) का उद्घाटन किया गया है। प्रधान जिला और सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री बी जयंत कुमार ने इस अदालत का उद्घाटन किया, जो 19 पुलिस स्टेशनों के मामलों को संभालेगी। पीड़ितों के लिए न्याय वितरण को अधिक प्रभावी और समय पर बनाने के उद्देश्य से कुल 267 मामलों को इस नए न्यायालय में स्थानांतरित किया गया है।
